Who are we?
DC Movers built its instrument-handling process the way any specialty mover should: by treating a piano differently than a filing cabinet from day one. We keep piano boards, four-wheel dollies rated for several hundred pounds, and ramp systems sized for a real upright or grand, not gear borrowed for the day. Crews learn the difference between a spinet, a console, and a full upright before touching one, since the balance point and lift technique aren’t the same. We’ve moved instruments out of Raleigh churches, university practice rooms, and home studios with a rack of amps bolted together. Whatever the instrument, the same careful process applies.
